Under the Consumer Contracts Regulation 2013 any unused product purchased through a website site can be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt for a 100% refund, if in its original condition and in the original packaging. The only exception to this is when goods have been custom-made to order. As all of our pads are made to order, therefore no refunds can be given unless the item is received faulty or damaged upon delivery.
